Service Description:
JUNKMAN Services offers a fully automated junk removal service that is fulfilled by Local Junk Removal providers. Our service is a local curbside or full-service junk removal.

Booking and Payment:
To book a junk removal, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, pickup location, and any specific instructions.

Payment for the service is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

Cancellations and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your pickup, please contact us to cancel the appointment. Use our contact form, or send a direct email to info@junkmanservices.com to cancel.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Limitations and Exclusions:
Our junk removal service covers typical junk items. Additional fees may apply for oversized or non-standard items.

We do not remove items that are infested with bed bugs. Please refer to our FAQ regarding items with bedbugs.

While we strive to provide reliable and efficient service, unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may affect the scheduled pickup time or availability.

Liability:
JUNKMAN Services and providers shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of our service, except where prohibited by law.

We are not responsible for any damage to the property or the customer that may occur while the customer is placing the junk outside for pickup.

Intellectual Property:
All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with JUNKMAN Services are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
