Interested in joining our team? Begin by meeting the following criteria below:

Background Check Required: For customer peace of mind, we ensure all our contracted haulers have clean backgrounds. You’ll need to cover the cost of your background check, though we offer options to have this fee waived.

Equipment Necessity: To handle removals, labor, or assembly tasks, you must have the basic tools. The specific tools needed for each job will be detailed in the Loader app.

Smartphone Requirement: Our Loaders utilize the LoadUp Loader App for accessing job orders, viewing payments, accepting and organizing orders, navigating via GPS, and completing jobs with photo evidence.

Helper Needed: For your safety, we strongly advise working with a helper. Without one, you’ll find your job options are more limited.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older.

**Not Mandatory, But Strongly Advised**
General Liability Insurance: While not required, carrying general liability insurance is advised as it safeguards you when working in a client’s home. This insurance provides protection against accidents.

Workman’s Compensation or Occupational Accident Insurance: Adhering to state laws, this insurance is crucial for those lifting heavy items to ensure safety and protection against potential injuries.

Suitable Vehicles: Having a pickup truck with a trailer or a box truck is ideal. The size of many items requires large vehicles to avoid multiple trips, maximizing your earnings from each job. Trailers should be 6+ Feet in length.
